Angel with the Empty Face


An angel with an empty face
A cry out to the heartless world
Polsihed stone with a forgotten name
A broken heart lost in a storm
Tears that mingled with blood
Sobs and pleas for help
Just another stone
Underneath the shadows of a stone angel wings
Made from concrete shedding gravel tears
A mask hiding a face of pain
Too little too late
Another life lost in the worlds sorrow
A mother who killed in hatred
Yet another young girl dead
Before she was even in her life's prime
An angel that cared for all
Now resting beneath the Angel
The angel with an empty face
